Dr. Jane is an entrepreneur, mother, botanist, educator, and healer. She received her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Botany Department, specializing in ethnobotanical relationships between humans and landscapes, with a focus on holistic cultivation systems and inclusive education. Her professional experience includes supporting indigenous communities in community-led projects to preserve and protect traditional knowledge, research on plant phytochemical compounds for treating antibiotic-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus, serving as Collection Manager at two different Herbaria, and over 15 years of teaching and outreach experience at the University of South Carolina, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Emory University, and the University of Texas at Austin, and their surrounding communities and elementary schools.

As an ethnobotanist, mother to 13-year-old and 8-year-old daughters, and a Certified Healer and Life Activation Practitioner in the Lineage of King Salomon, Dr. Bradbury has a strong passion for merging scientific and spiritual perspectives to support the next generation in navigating the unique challenges faced by children in today’s world and equip them with the physical and metaphysical tools they need to find novel solutions to the crises we face and build a better tomorrow. This combination of passions fueled Dr. Bradbury to co-found Lilith and Company, LLC, a new paradigm lifestyle brand that serves as a parent company to subsidiary businesses that provide the goods and services needed to anchor a changing world in the values of unity, peace, harmony, beauty, health, love, and joy. Along with sustainable landscaping firm Shamballah Home and Gardens and inclusive shamanic community Avalon Rises, Conscious Kids Camps makes the third daughter company dedicated to Dr. Jane’s personal life mission of empowering people to live fulfilling, joyful, purposeful lives filled with wonder for the magick all around us.

Casey is an initiated Guide, Teacher and Healer as well as an operations and administrative professional with 14 years of experience across varying industries. She has been successful at weaving together spiritual and physical aspects, to assist as well as to develop spiritually based businesses that are accessible in our current World. Her strategic mindset, as well as energetic sensitivity, allow her to see the larger picture and purpose amongst all things. Through this gift she is able to assist in identifying blockages and inefficiencies within a system, creating streamlined and innovative business practices.

She has supported a number of successful spiritually based business owners in her career, and is so excited to have co-founded Lilith and Company LLC in order to bring about a more peaceful place for all. In her executive role, she is responsible for overseeing day to day operations like scheduling and finance, as well as leading our marketing and communications efforts and team.

As a young child, Casey was extremely sensitive, as many are. She felt a deep connection to Earth as well as Celestial realms. She often found herself seeking for deeper purpose and the existence of something beyond what the eye can see. However, with this sensitivity came high levels of discomfort, and it became hard for her to exist within the World the way it was, without finding ways to “shut it out.”

This is the primary reason she felt so deeply called to found Conscious Kids Camps, which brings together like minded people with the goal of supporting children in embracing their unique gifts, and equipping them with strategies to exist wholly within the World.

Justine’s true passion and calling exists in her unwavering commitment to a higher purpose—creating a better world by nurturing strong foundations for society to grow, heal, and evolve.

As founder of Solas Growth Consulting, she works with mission-aligned small businesses to develop their digital marketing and business strategy, and provides coaching to entrepreneurs to assist them in confidently stepping into their full expression and power in business. In addition to her work as a business consultant, she is also a certified and trained in various healing modalities through the Holy Lineage of King Salomon.

At the core of her mission is a deep-rooted desire to cultivate and protect families, with a special focus on the well-being of children, the future leaders of a world built on peace and harmony. It is this profound commitment that has led her to step into this special project, which she feels aligns with her heartfelt mission. Justine believes that by contributing to the well-being and happiness of young minds, we can lay the cornerstone for a world filled with joy, love, FUN and endless possibilities!
